The location is ideal for not renting a car. Easy walking distance to restaurants on the boardwalk. We felt very safe with police patrolling on the beach and the boardwalk. If you have small children that you try and put down before 10 pm it will be difficult here. The live music is very loud and during our stay the Adult Pool hosted a private event that was extremely loud until midnight. The staff during the week was wonderful, the Beach Staff during the weekend was not. You could tell the weekend had hit on Friday morning with the locals setting up in front of the designated Margaritaville beach chair/umbrella section. The whole atmosphere changed Friday and Saturday. I would vacation here again but only Sunday-Thursday.

We had a few great desk agents, servers and bartenders at each of the restaurants. My only negatives were a bit of the wear and tear on the property. It could use some simple things like painting, upgraded bathrooms, a good cleaning of common areas. (Stained couches, stained pool furniture) Food at the restaurants was good, not great. Drinks were a bit on the pricey side. Ordered room service on our last night. And overall we threw most of it out. Steak sandwich and nachos were soggy and incomplete.

From the aesthetic to the hospitality this property was phenomenal. It really does have everything for all ages. I traveled with my 13 year old son and he enjoyed himself at the pool as I got to sit poolside and enjoy myself. He did flow rider and for the price and time frame I would say it was reasonable. We were right on the beach, when we wanted a change of scenery for some sun all we had to do was walk out our back door. Live music right as you have dinner at the landshark bar & grill made it convenient. Any bad comments about this property are just people that need to hear theirselves complain.

The property itself was not the issue. The issue was the $200 resort fee for pools that We were never able to access because of overcrowding. The rooms were OK, but we did find a cockroach last night. The beach attendants kept telling us there were no chairs when we would look, there were plenty of chairs to be set up. Overall, the resort just did not meet to standard.

Hotel was beautiful! Rooms were beautiful! View was incredible! Elevators were slow. Restaurants were not good. It was too expensive. Not even free parking. It was great experience but I would choose smaller hotel next time.

After staying at this resort, I think I will look for Margaritaville everywhere I travel to. I was amazed at the hospitality the kindness, the flow, the easiness of checking in checking out the way that the staff was always smiling, welcoming and helpful at all times.

Lobby and rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. Pool area needed some updating. We did not experience good service at the pool or restaurants. I think at least one persons order was messed up every time. Service took forever. 20 min to be greeted at A restaurant. Waited forever for pool drinks even with cabana service.

It is very outdated and needs remodeling. Our rug in the room smelled awful. The sinks don’t drain, the water just pools and sits there. Towels and bed sheets had a weird musty smell. Basically everything is very old. For the money we paid, it should definitely have been better. The staff on the other hand was exceptional. Absolutely no complaints there.

It was so nice to have a resort with such kind and tentative staff! It is rare to find that anywhere. I did find the flag service hard to use: lost connection and slow service. But it was great to have chairs and umbrella saved for us. I would definitely go back here.

The location was in a quiet area. Not much in the area that is walkable beside the beach walk. Staff and service was great. Place was extremely clean. More healthy food options would have been nice but we also understand as it’s an entertainment resort.

We stayed here for 6 nights and had a great time!! Everything was very clean, pools, hot tub and our Room was cleaned daily. We used valet for parking which was excellent!! We only left the resort a couple times but the staff was very quick getting the car when we asked for it. This place has everything! A coffee shop, bars, restaurants and right on the beach! The view is amazing! I will definitely go there again and highly recommend this place!!
