The hotel was surface clean, but dingy. The bathroom tiles were cracked around the tub/shower and the carpet was old and appeared unclean. It is located in a great area for walking to major stores, however the area around the building is under construction, which makes it hazardous.

I was reading reviews prior to my stay and I was concerned, after checking in I was glad that I stuck with my first mind and kept the reservations, the rooms were well kept during my whole stay, towels were immediately provided when requested, every staff member that I interacted with was very helpful polite and kind! There’s some construction going on around the area but I wouldn’t rate the hotel on that! I booked a balcony room and didn’t get that but that was my only con while there overall great experience

The hotel lists airport shuttle service but the shuttle only operates during certain hours which did not line up with our flights. We had to use an Uber which was almost $30. The hot water boiler was broken so there was no hot water. The pool area was nice but very limited seating.

There was construction going on outside. When I addressed my concern with the staff. I was brushed off and informed that it wasn't their fault. They declined to change my room to the back of the hotel away from the construction that went on well after 1 a.m. I was overly tired!!!! Worse hotel experience ever. The hotel is old run down rude staff, my room had thousands of ants that got into everything, door handle broken, very sad hotel
