RESERVATION POLICIES Check-In Time and Door Codes: Door codes are shared at 4 PM. Check-in is allowed between 4 PM and 11 PM only. Late arrivals past 11 PM are considered a violation, as we can only offer support during working hours (8 AM–12 AM). Early Check-In / Late Check-Out / Bag Drop: These are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. Deposit and Registration Requirement: Door codes will not be released until both the $100 incidentals deposit and guest registration are completed. Deposit Release Timeline: Deposits are released 3–7 days after your original check-out date. Complaints: Any issues must be reported within 30 minutes of check-in to be valid for review. Departure Notice: All departures must be reported clearly and promptly to keep the calendar accurate and allow issue resolution. If leaving early, submit an alteration request to recover unspent nights and free up availability. Reservation Changes: Any changes must be made before 10 AM each day (based on system settings). Changes after 10 AM cannot be processed. Early Departures: Must be submitted via alteration request for easy approval and potential refund of unused nights.
