nothing in particular, It wasnt what I expected based on the pictures on the expedia app the place is actually a truck stop, ok to stay the night but nothing else and for the money I could have found a place that offers more.

Check in was un welcoming not 10 minutes into entering the room they accused me of smoking in the one of the guys in the front came into the room saying that someone reported smoking in the room how can they tell in a closed room that im smoking in the room i was smoking outside on the porch 2nd there was no control in the room theses people have no shame at all i really dont know what game they are playing like they trying to charge my card for cleaning smoke out the room they should be concern about the prostitution and drug selling in the back of the motel.

This is a warning to anyone checking out this hotel. There were rats fighting in the ceiling at night and rat feces all over the carpet and cupboards. Also I have video of actual bugs crawling around on the carpet. The whole room smelled moldy and musty like they never clean the carpet. Also, the bathroom plumbing didn’t work. I tried to get a refund for the two days that I moved out because of the conditions, and they refused. Very unethical! The front desk chuckled when I told them there was rat feces like it wasn’t knew information.

There was bedbugs, linens were ripped and dirty, carpet was wet, tub was dirty, window curtains were ripped and stained. Room had mold and had a bad odor. I ended up checking out within an hour and left. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in.

You can’t get inside the “lobby” (it’s always locked) and so you have to queue outside. The parking lot was full of semi trucks, drug addicts, beggars, non-English speakers and, I’m told, prostitutes. There is an attached Indian restaurant and a nearby gas station, but little else. The grounds aren’t bad and there’s an outside pool. The motel style rooms are clean but very definitely economy class. Would never want to stay here again but there were very few options on that particular Saturday evening.

The most dingy and bad smelling hotel, ever!
When we first walked into the room we really couldn't hardly breathe. The smell of a filthy room was very strong on our nose. The carpet is something I knew that was extremely dirty because it had a very high stinky scent coming from it and even though I tried running the a/c that didn't kill the ordor. The room also had a roach smell to it which we did found sizable dead roaches. The box spring was dirty with dingy brown spots and the shower had mildew in it and the shower curtain was dirty like it never been washed. This place also had the audacity to charge a $100 deposit. This was really a joke because the area and the place was never worth a deposit on. People like tired truck drivers who do long driving and prostitutes hang in this place a lot, this place is not appropriate for a family with kids. This place needs to be closed down under a new management and it truly needs one hell of a makeover. I ain't never seen or been in a hotel that was so damn stink, dingy, waste of money, and everything else in between and also the towels were dingy, too. I will never recommend this place to anyone and nor will me and my family step foot into a place like this ever again. The curtains even have a funky scent to them and they were ripped and had them dingy brown spots on them. They probably have never been cleaned from day one. People please stay away !

Like only the price, the beds are ok, the room have strong cigarette smell, the bathroom door was damage, thank you god that was only for one night

Old out dated. Was missing the bathroom door knob (inside). I guess you get what you pay for. I had to go to the clerk 2xx because my room key did not work.

👿 WORST LODGING EVER 👿
AFTER WE MADE & PAID FOR OUR HOTEL STAY THROUGH HOTELS.COM ON APRIL 1ST TILL APRIL 2, 2022, AND AFTER DRIVING 309 MILES IN OUR UHAUL THAT I WAS DRIVING, MY LIVE-IN AIDE DRIVING HIS CAR WITH OUR SERVICE DOG, WHERE WE ARRIVED AT THE BUGETELL POMPANO BEACH IN THE WEE HOURS OF THE MORNING AS WE'RE RELOCATING TO FORT LAUDERDALE BECAUSE THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL ADVERTISED THAT THEY WERE PET FRIENDLY SINCE WE HAVE A SERVICE DOG CHIHUAHUA. NEEDLESS TO SAY, THEY DENIED OUR STAY, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ALREADY PREPAID. THEIR RESPONSE WAS, "IT MUST HAVE BEEN AN ERROR ON THE WEBSITE AND WE DON'T RESPOND OR GUARANTEE THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS, AND WE AREN'T PET FRIENDLY", BUT AS I WAS WALKING BACK TO MY U-HAUL, A FRONT DESK CLERK CAME OUT OF THE OFFICE TO SAY THAT IF WE PAID AN ADDITIONAL $200.00 SERVICE FEE, THEN THEY WOULD GLADLY ACCEPT OUR SERVICE ANIMAL. NEEDLESS TO SAY, HOTELS.COM DIDN'T REFUND OUR HARD EARNED CASH EITHER 😡

Thank you for sharing your experiences, we are sorry for any confusion when it comes to service dog we do allow them but if its emotional support it is not considered as part of ada so they are not allowed as we dont allow pets on property.
