AFTER WE MADE & PAID FOR OUR HOTEL STAY THROUGH HOTELS.COM ON APRIL 1ST TILL APRIL 2, 2022, AND AFTER DRIVING 309 MILES IN OUR UHAUL THAT I WAS DRIVING, MY LIVE-IN AIDE DRIVING HIS CAR WITH OUR SERVICE DOG, WHERE WE ARRIVED AT THE BUGETELL POMPANO BEACH IN THE WEE HOURS OF THE MORNING AS WE'RE RELOCATING TO FORT LAUDERDALE BECAUSE THIS PARTICULAR HOTEL ADVERTISED THAT THEY WERE PET FRIENDLY SINCE WE HAVE A SERVICE DOG CHIHUAHUA.
NEEDLESS TO SAY, THEY DENIED OUR STAY, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ALREADY PREPAID.
THEIR RESPONSE WAS, "IT MUST HAVE BEEN AN ERROR ON THE WEBSITE AND WE DON'T RESPOND OR GUARANTEE THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS, AND WE AREN'T PET FRIENDLY", BUT AS I WAS WALKING BACK TO MY U-HAUL, A FRONT DESK CLERK CAME OUT OF THE OFFICE TO SAY THAT IF WE PAID AN ADDITIONAL $200.00 SERVICE FEE, THEN THEY WOULD GLADLY ACCEPT OUR SERVICE ANIMAL.
NEEDLESS TO SAY, HOTELS.COM DIDN'T REFUND OUR HARD EARNED CASH EITHER 😡
