No smoking anything inside an apartment $250.00 cleaning fee. Outside smoking is permitted away from doors and windows and round the pool on the farside of the pooll. Please be respectful of other guests..  
You are responsible for your dog or cat. They must be on a leash/crated at all times outside the apartment.   
Service Animals are exempt from leash/crate rule.   
  
You must cleanup immediately after your dog.   
Repeat offenders may be asked to leave the property and may not receive a refund.
