"overall a great property.great privacy and a perfect location near the marina. The pictures do not do the house justice. Watch turtles swimming from your dock!Had a few issues that mgmt company took care of within 30minutes.Cons - AC Cost for the week was insane, No kayaks/paddleboard so thats another added cost to rent. Very little shade at the pool."

"We absolutely loved this property and its location! The pergola over the pool kept it so refreshing and shady to enjoy the back patio area. So breezy and beautiful. Kids loved paddle boarding and kayaking the canal. House was clean and comfortable. We utilized the beach chairs, umbrella and floats each day. Very nice to have. Leola was super helpful and very communicative. Pelican beach close by is perfection! Would definitely stay at I. Land Time again!"

"The house is much bigger and roomier than what it initially seemed from the pictures. Possibly the most well equipped vacation rental we have ever stayed at. From the furniture to the utensils it was top notch. Very much enjoyed our stay."

"probably the prettiest beach I've been to. gorgeous water, no seaweed, and we had it pretty much to ourselves. the host communications were great, the villa manager met us at the dock when we arrived and was super helpful. it was a wonderful stay!"

"We had an incredible stay at Sandy Point Villa. The villa is brand new and beautifully designed, with premium finishes, high-end appliances, and luxurious bathrooms throughout. The layout was perfect for our group, featuring four spacious bedrooms, including two master suites, one on each floor, which provided excellent privacy for multiple couples or families.The outdoor space is truly spectacular. The infinity pool overlooks the water, and you can walk directly from the backyard, past the pool, and onto the beach. The beaches around Sandy Point are absolutely beautiful and incredibly private, often feeling as though you have your own secluded island. During low tide, we were even able to walk toward Parrot Cay.The villa is at the mouth of the marina, allowing our fishing and snorkeling guides to pick us up directly from the villa, making excursions extremely convenient.Michael was an outstanding host and connected us with Sandy Point’s private chef, who was excellent and very reasonably priced. One of the highlights of our trip was having him prepare an amazing dinner using seafood he had caught earlier that day.For the quality of the home, privacy, amenities, and location, we felt the villa offered exceptional value especially compared to the parrot cay properties just a few hundred yards away. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Sandy Point Villa."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COMO Parrot Cay delivered exactly what we were looking for: peace, privacy, and the opportunity to truly disconnect. What made this stay unforgettable was the people. We have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but this was one of the very few where we learned and remembered the names of so many team members because of the genuine care they showed every single day. Thank you to Leo, Alex, Ugyen, Yoga, Om, Valerio, Punami, and Claribel. You made us feel welcomed, cared for, and at home from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The setting is simply spectacular. Miles of pristine white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, and a level of tranquility that is increasingly difficult to find. Many mornings and afternoons we had long stretches of beach almost entirely to ourselves, walking or swimming in what truly felt like our own private paradise. Our beachfront villa with its private pool was exceptional. Waking up, making a coffee, and walking straight from our terrace onto the beach became our favorite daily ritual. This is not the place for loud entertainment or crowded all-inclusive vacations. It is the place to slow down, recharge, enjoy nature, and experience understated luxury with impeccable service. Thank you to the entire COMO Parrot Cay team for an unforgettable week. We are already looking forward to coming back."
