The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo/conditioner etc and the kitchen was even stocked with coffee, creamer etc. Stacey the property manager made everything easy for us from checking in to checking out. House is spacious and well appointed with all you would need for a comfortable stay! We enjoyed the style of home, large dining room for family dinners as well as sitting by the fireplace at the end of the day. We hiked trails near the reservoir, took a day trip to the Rocky Mountain Natl Park, explored Boulder one day and also squeezed in a little skiing. The property mgmt team was also helpful with a small issue we encountered during our stay. Definitely would book again! ##### Shelly B. We were hoping to find a property close to Old Town and some of the other fun areas of Fort Collins, and this place nailed what we were looking for. We found ourselves walking everywhere, from day long shopping and dining to quick stops at Target or the grocery store. Both kitchens (there's one on the lower floor) were easy to navigate and stocked with a decent selection of condiments, something you don't always find in rentals, and the home itself was lovely, beds were very comfy, there were board games and other things to keep us engaged when we wanted to just lounge around. It's spacious, comfortable and the location is perfect. We were in town to visit our son who is a student at CSU and this home is an easy walk to both the university as well as to downtown Fort Collins. Stacy, the host, is friendly and communicative. One very minor note- listing here on VRBO advertises that there is a Peloton bike for use with this rental, however, there is not. The beautiful home and all of the other amenities, though, make this the perfect rental. ##### Jill B. Our party was family for a wedding with most of us being women. The home came with 10 towels and a handful of wash rags (for 9 people) in the bathrooms. We reached out to the host who made us feel like we were imposing, asking about about such things. She replied that someone would bring some more by, but never did. We found numerous items from other stays under beds and couches that should have been removed. They ask you leave the kitchen as you found it, but other than dish soap, don't leave you cleaning supplies. We bought some spray cleaner and left it in the kitchen. Both houses on either side are under construction. So, workers are taking parking along the street. If you're paying 4-6k for a stay, you shouldn't be made to feel like you're imposing on the VRBO. We had family in town and this was a wonderful gathering space. I've stayed in many home rentals and this one was by far my favorite! Huge back porch with well taken care of back yard. Nice front porch on a quiet street. Several rooms for family gatherings (downstairs, upstairs and outside). HUGE refrigerator and freezer (plus another fridge / freezer downstairs). Great location near old town and the Puedre river. Home decor has an artsy twist. Loved the heated floors. I would stay at this place again for a family gathering. Highly recommend! ##### Chris Z.
