"The staff was outstanding in every manner. We didn’t use little kitchen, but it was ample. The room was cleaned prior and during our stay. Breakfast was okay. Some foods were unavailable by 8:00 - like bacon and real eggs. The fresh fruit was great. The pool was freezing and no one went in - I tried but had to get out in 2 min. Very disappointing. A shout out to Jose and Ryun who went the extra mile for us with booking and assisting us with a problem."

"I stay at a lot of VRBO properties . I must say this is a five star accommodation, the house is extremely well put together. It has a very large beautiful backyard with no rear neighbors! It has a wonderful hot tub with perfect views of Mount and the beautiful sunsets. The host was very quick to respond to any inquiries. The check-in process is very simple and I didn’t have to search all over to figure out how to get in the house . We came down for hot August nights and the location was perfect. I would recommended this property to anyone trying to travel to the Reno Carson Valley."
