"Are towels were not dry we had to put them in the dryer they were a little damp we have five people staying and there was only four chairs at the dining room table The coffee pot was a very small coffee pot for five people we had to make three pots every morning I was adjust to a larger coffee pot the house was nice and quiet and this day was nice just not enough kitchen thing especially plates"

"As a Worldmark by Wyndham resort owner, we're very picky about where we stay. We've come to expect top notch accommodations and this place was all that! I'm a Google rater in the top 10% of all Google raters which I suspect means I've traveled a lot and I've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly along the way. I don't put lipstick on a pig; I tell it how it is! Nobody buys my opinions which means I can prove what I say with record, picture, and/or video evidence! This beautiful cottage was clean, cozy, and very accommodating from the ongoing communication to the premium add-ons that made our arrival more relaxing and enjoyable! The neighborhood was quiet and safe! I communicated a few suggestions to the host for future guests, and he was very grateful and appreciative! These suggestions didn't affect our stay in any way! If we ever find ourselves back in Clarksville, we would definitely want to stay here again!"

"Pros: Inside of home is very clean and pictures are accurate. Beds and furniture were comfortable. The house is very close to the Fort. Also close to a walmart.Cons: The picture of the outside of the house and surroundings are not accurate. We pulled into the neighborhood that was really run down with tons of trash/broken in the yards surrounding the house. Upon first arriving, I did not believe we were in a safe neighborhood. We ultimately had no safety issues and it was a quiet neighborhood. The owner sent a message before arrival indicating that the automatic lock only worked a certain way when closing the door. We tried over and over to get the lock to work and never could. It's the only way to pick the front door when you leave. We ended up having to lock from the inside and head out the back door and lock. It was very frustrating. The first morning we were there, an animal had nested in the dryer vent. I sent a message to the owner and got no response. All in all, I will say this is an ok place to stay of visiting family at the fort. I would not stay at this property again. "

"The home was beautifully furnished and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax. It’s located on a quiet cul-de-sac and features a spacious yard, which was a big plus. The owner was also very responsive and attentive to any requests, making the stay even more enjoyable. We would stay here again!"
