"We had a lovely stay here. The house is in a cute waterfront (on both sides) neighborhood with easy access to all kinds of attractions, many handily listed by the owner. The house, itself, was clean and comfortable. It contained bouquets of flowers which were goegeous and added a festive touch.The owner was incredibly accommodating when we were delayed by two days because of the noreaster. We would love to revisit this part of RI."

"When you pull into the driveway and drive around the back of the house, nearly 360 degrees to the front door, you are wondering if you booked the right house. Upon entering the front door, you are pleasantly surprised by the open view of the entry, living room, kitchen and dining area with the view of Narragansett Bay, Hog and Prudence Islands. The generous outdoor deck has comfortable seating for 6 adults with other chairs available if needed. The outdoor grill at one end of the deck works well and is easy to use including the built-in ignition button which was a pleasant surprise.The primary bedroom with en-suite bath, on the second floor, has an even more expansive view. On a clear day you can easily see the city of Providence. The bath is well appointed and had the same shampoo and cream rise that we use at home. The kitchen has just about everything you might want in your own kitchen. The stove is induction which we found a pleasant experience to use. There are plenty of plates, bowls, glasses, Including wine glasses, and flatware. The refrigerator can dispense water and ice from its front door. And the dishwasher worked without any issues. The two main level bedrooms are generous with queen beds and a shared bathroom. All the bedrooms as well as the living room has air conditioning.The house’s manual has a wealth of information for area restaurants and activities. Steph and Jeff are great hosts. We would definitely rent this house again."

"Cute little cottage with a pretty water view. It was nicely located. Enjoyed our stay. One thing though, it is not central air. The bedrooms have air but not everywhere else. I asked because I could see the wall units in the bedrooms in the photos. I was told it was central air. It is not. We were fine in September but may not be in the rest of the summer months. We did enjoy our stay."

"Wonderful location. The house was comfortable with a beautiful view and we saw some fantastic sunsets. Our dogs enjoyed the yard. Trying to get into the water is a challenge due to the rocks, definitely need sneakers. The hosts were very responsive to questions we had about the house. Nice not to have to do laundry before leaving. Would definitely stay at this house again"
