pleasant surprise
only negative was the hot tub was not hot. Women have to wear swim caps if they have long hair. They provide at $3.00 each. Free parking was nice to have.

An overnight stop. Excellant spacious room,super large beds ,good bathroom with shower. Breakfast was disappointing,lots to choose from but the fried eggs and bacon were cold..! ,! Did not visit the spa and pool.

We were only here for one night and the hotel was very nice. Room was large with a couch for separate seating and the bathroom was also spacious. The tub had one of those glass doors that only run 1/2 the length of the tub. Not a fan of those since they rarely work at keeping water inside. The breakfast buffet was nice and the cappuccino we ordered was top notch. We did not use the spa Which was included with the room. We peeked in and it was huge, with one large pool, a smaller shallower pool, and two other pools presumably with different temperatures and jets. Overall, a very comfortable stay and would recommend if you are in the area.

Enjoyed the village and the hotel
Collotta is a town 8 k from the centre of the city . We enjoyed the hotel breakfasts and our walks and country food in the local restaurants. The hotel is well- appointed and has a great library which we enjoyed .

Olympic pool and lovely hotel
This hotel provided the best breakfast buffet we have had in Spain. Staff were helpful . Dinners were good and service was excellent in the dining room . Parking was convenient .The location was ideal for exploring the neighbouring national parks. We would return.

The room is maintaind well as well as the hotel
The room was maintained well and in good condition. They shut down the ac system although in the room it was very hot. We asked the hotel stuff to operate the ac system snd they ignored our request saying "it is cold outside".

The staff of the hotel really make you feel at home. The restaurant serves excellent lunch and dinner (same menu) as well as breakfast. It is definitely one hotel I will stay again if I am in the area.

The hotel was very comfortable and well maintained with excellent facilities. The only problem we had was the constant noise of the lift which could be heard clearly even if your room was at the other end of the corridor.

Heel mooi hotel, met ruime kamer en badkamer. Gratis parkeergelegenheid en gebruik van de Spa. Ok zijn er Badjassen beschikbaar voor de spa. Vriendelijk personeel, doen erg hun best de gasten het naar de zin te maken. Jammer dat het personeel zo weinig Engels spreekt. Het hotel is ook wel wat gehorig.

Muy buen hotel y la piscina de 22 mts espectacular
El hotel es muy bueno. Lo mejor es la piscina de 22 metros largo ideal para nadar. Los otros 3 jacuzzis de agua caliente también estaban muy bien. El uso de estas instalaciones está INCLUIDO en el precio. Las habitaciones muy bien en superficie. El colchón un poco justo en tamaño para 2. No era muy duro. Lo único que no me gustó es el ruido del tráfico que no nos permitió dormir con las ventanas abiertas. Cerrando las ventanas no se escucha pero hubo que prender el aire acondicionado. El restaurante es muy bueno y la calidad- precio del menú es excelente. Otra cosa a destacar son los detalles del hotel hacia los clientes que en otros hoteles se cobran aparte. La atención de todo el personal hasta la camarera de pisos es excelente. Si no hubiera sido por la incomodidad del ruido del tráfico, le hubiese dado un 10. La relación calidad precio del hotel es muy buena.

Bon séjour agréable. Hotel de taille modeste avec une vingtaine de chambres. Très propre. Belle chambre, piscines avec jets et jacuzzis superbes. Salle restaurant, petits déjeuners extra. Reception et personne agréables. Personnel ne parle pas français à part la receptionniste. Pas de chaines TV francaises. Climatisation défaillante.

Avoid this place !
As a heavy traveler you more or less have quite the same hotel customer experience everywhere you go and despite my love for spanish hospitality, this was one of the worst experience i have had. I booked a king bed room (traveling with my wife) and got a two single bed room..... The room was NOT soundproof and located next to the maid utility room; very noisy early morning.... The beds are very hard, almost rock solid and absolutely not confortable. In order to satisfy my king bed request they offered me a room upgrade for an extra charge of $50, LOL, and then the upper management proposed to reduce it to $20, extra LOL !! What a way to treat your clients !!!! Avoid this place at all cost!!!! I also forgot to mention that the staff was cold as an iceberg. You have much better options somewhere else.

Dejligt hotel, som ligger central på den spanske side af pyrenæerne - i alle retninger, nord, vest, øst og syd. Gode parkeringsforhold, glimrende restaurant, stort morgenbord. Vi havde stort værelse og med tilhørende stort badeværelse.

Estancia perfecta. El hotel muy bonito, y las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. Los trabajadores todos muy amables y simpáticos. La piscina y el spa está incluido en el precio de la habitación, con lo que es un gran punto a su favor, aunque si es importante saber que entre semana organizan clases con niños en la piscina, pero no es que hagan demasiado jaleo. Por poner una pega, lo único que no nos gustó fue el desayuno: en ocasiones parecía reciclado del día anterior y eso en un hotel así, desmerece mucho. Aún así, totalmente recomendable!!

Es la segunda vez que vamos . El personal es muy amable , tanto Verónica como Belen son amabilisimas, el SPA es estupendo y la habitación cómoda y con un buen cuarto de baño. Da gusto ir a este hotel, el desayuno también es magnífico.

Hotel situe au bord de la route...
Si les alentours proches ne sont pas super, une fois passé les portes, tout est au top ! Soigné, décoré avec goût et sans ostentation , on se sent bien ....piscine et salle de sport gratuits, bon restaurant à prix doux....personnel présent, agreable et discret.... que demander de plus ? Bravo

Por segundo año consecutivo, y habiéndolo hecho presente el año 2015, el hotel no está preparado para que los pasajeros salgan temprano(07:00). A pesar de haberlo indicado el día anterior no había nadie en la recepción para efectuar el check out. Tuve que llamar y acudir a un mozo del restaurante del frente para que apareciera una persona a las7:15 a efectuar el check out. Por la presencia se apreciaba estaba tranquilamente durmiendo en algún otro lugar en vez de estar en la recepción, como sucede en cualquier hotel. Por lo anterior no lo recomendare y tampoco haré uso del mismo, el próximo año cuando vuelva a ir a esa area

NOUS AVONS FAIT UNE ETAPE REPOS TRES REUSSIE, la grane piscine intérieure est super! jamais vu! détente parfaite (lits à jets, jaccuzis ect..) à la réception, hôtesse parlant français et nous ayant indiqué un parcours a faire à la découverte de petits villages avec jolies églises romanes

Le seul point négatif de cet hôtel c'est son restaurant. La qualité des aliments ne suis absolument pas les attentes et encore moins les prix. Déjà que dans la salle il y avait au total 6 personne,je comprends pourquoi. Aliments congelés, pas frais ou fait maison. Vraiment dommage. Autrement l'hôtel est vraiment top.

L'hôtel se situe en léger retrait du centre ville ce qui constitue plutôt un avantage car il est facile de se garer aux alentours et il n'y a aucun bruit (nous y étions pendant les fêtes). Ce n'est pas non plus isolé car il y a un excellent bar tapas juste en face si vous n'allez pas au restaurant de l'hôtel. La chambre était parfaite, grande, avec 2 grands lits, une grande salle de bain, une grande télé ! Inclus dans le prix de la chambre : le petit-déjeuner (grand choix sucré-salé) et l'accès à la piscine de 25m + 4 petites à différentes températures avec des remous (bonnet nécessaire mais vendu sur place). Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Je vous le recommande !

El trato excelente, el desayuno muy bueno, la zona de spa lo mejor. En lo negativo, la cama nos pareció pequeña para 2 personas (135) y bastante incómoda. Esto es una opinión compartida con algún huésped más con los que tuvimos la oportunidad de hablar.
