(364 reviews) This is a very good cheap option for staying in Prague. If you're there for the city centre, there is a door to door tram service which takes about 20 minutes to the centre. If you are there for the Congress Centre, it's ten minutes' walk away. The hotel was clean, my room was very spacious and fresh, and the staff were helpful. The hotel does not offer any catering, and the only downside is that the bar/restaurant which shares the site and is supposed to function as the breakfast and dining option, keeps erratic opening hours. It is great when it is open, but do not rely on it being open at the advertised hours. There is a fridge in the rooms and a Lidl five minutes away, so nobody needs to starve. (1,004 reviews) Excellent stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. Fantastic location within walking distance to many great attractions and shopping. A definite must when you are here during winter. Also very quiet. The rooms were exquisite and very large -- I was originally going to book the mandarin oriental or fairmont but the rooms there are much smaller. We had a beautiful room that was at least 500 square feet and had a gorgeous double sink bathroom. The high vaulted ceilings are amazing in this particular room. The spa was a relaxing and beautiful end to a cold wintery adventure each day. The lobby bar was chic and modern, with a very lovely young bartender from Brno. Little extras like the cookies and book left in the room are appreciated for a luxury hotel. Of exceptional service was Jan at the front desk who was so wonderful and also helped me with mailing my post cards back home -- and was especially lovely, accommodating, and extremely welcoming. All in all a very exceptional stay -- a lovely surprise!!! Had to phone to find out where to pick up keys. A place that closed soon after I got there. Would have been good to have been sent that information first, especially as the place to pick them up closes at 11pm. Apart from that the place was great and would stay there again.
