You will have access to the whole outdoor area designated for this unit as well. Including a picnic bench, outdoor fire pit, BBQ, and patio seating. Other things to note When booking, keep in mind the current renovations and or potential noise and or vendors coming and going. All of the work would be done during normal business hours.
