"Always a pleasant stay here at the Novotel on Collins we stay here every year with the kids. Its in a prime location to everything is easily accessible. The staff here are so friendly, highly recommend."

"We had a nice apartment on a 16th floor with a balcony that could just see over the building behind and have a nice view of the city scape. The apartment was clean, well equiped and in good condition. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The gym was handy and nicely equiped."
