"Nice room, but a pity there were no other facilities. There were good pubs and eateries nearby."

Cromwell's Tap House
"Bar food and staff are excellent. We took our dog who is well behaved and staff fussed over her. Room was clean and comfortable. Very old pub so sloping floors were bit of a giggle. Parking at St Julians carpark is a doodle if you down load the app. 5 mins walk from the pub. People moan about noise ..."

Powis Castle and Garden
Powis Castle, owned by the National Trust, is located near Welshpool in the heart of the Welsh countryside. It was originally built as a medieval fortress around 1200, but the building as it stands today is a testament to the way in which it has been altered and remodelled from 1600 onwards. The interior is home to thousands of works of art, furnishings and ornaments collected over the course of 400 years.
Glansevern Hall Gardens
Explore the great outdoors at Glansevern Hall Gardens, a lovely green space in Berriew. Visit the top-notch restaurants or lively bars in this quaint area.
