The staff were really friendly and helpful when we needed them and helped with recommending places to eat when we landed late in the evening. The breakfast was great, it was served in the hotel next door (connected by an internal corridor so you didn't have to go outside in the freeing temperatures) as the hotel's restaurant was closed temporarily. Food was great and there was a good selection of regional and international dishes at breakfast. We used the spa and it was a good experience, it was busy as we visited on a Saturday afternoon but overall you could use mostly everything there except for the Jacuzzis which were very full! Overall, I would recommend this hotel, really nice rooms and great staff and service!"
