Spacious 100m² apartment, rated 1 star. South-facing with views of the resort and the Aiguilles d’Arves. The apartment includes a large, separate, fully equipped kitchen, a bright living room with a southwest-facing balcony (shared with the neighboring apartment), 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.  
  
Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of the Résidence La Lauzière, which comprises 5 rental apartments of varying sizes (sleeping 5 to 10 people). Situated at the entrance to the resort (right bank). 200m from the Soleil chairlift, sports shop, and restaurant. Ski-in/ski-out access is possible 100m from the chalet via a blue run, and for experienced skiers, a slope runs are also available right outside the apartment. Private parking is available at the foot of the residence. Secure, heated ski lockers and boot storage are located on the ground floor (shared by the residence). Near number 474 on the resort map.
