OK but out of season
The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it.

Minutes from the center of the town, very quiet and very practical having a kitchenette. Beautiful view. Cannot beach price/quality.

Great location
Positioned right next to the gondola station. The walk in ski boots was as short as you could get. Polite and helpful counter staff. Rooms equipped well like all pierre et vacances hotels, warm, with comfy bed settee and good tv which connected to our dvd player. The bedroom was small (short)and the beds a bit firm and so we both felt a bit uncomfortable though.

Adequate
This hotel is basic but adequate and clean. It's quite pricey for what you get, but I guess you're paying for its proximity to the cable car station so you can walk in minutes to the cable car in your ski boots. There's no dining room or breakfast. There is a swimming pool but it's outdoors and therefore not in use outside the Summer months. Check-in at 5pm is quite late but I phoned earlier in the morning and was told the access code so was able to check in mid afternoon.

Great location for a skiing trip. Authentic French town with good facilities and bonus thermal spa. Apartments so convenient for the ski lift. Small but adequate. Reception staff very helpful.

Well-located, clean and good value
Right beside cable car and very close to town centre. Neat,clean and well-equipped apartment. Our one bedroom apartment would have been very cramped with 4 people but was great for 2. Friendly staff. Only real problem was delay getting in when we arrived out of hours, we were given the wrong code for the key safe and spent 40 minutes in the cold waiting! I would happily go back next year.

Excelente!!
Excelente, apartamento perfecto . Llegamos y el apartamento estaba calentito, nos habían encendido la calefacción antes de llegar. No pasamos nada de frío . Todas las instalaciones del apartamento excelentes y electrodomésticos nuevos incluso con lavavajillas. Volveremos seguro 😊

L’appartement est idéalement situé, vraiment parfait et le personnel est très sympathique. Le logement est un petit peu petit pour 4, la literie n’est pas excellente et surtout le bruit !! Pas du tout insonorisé, dommage !

Excellent séjour. Accueil chaleureux. Belle résidence entretenue avec équipements très satisfaisants. Une suggestion : amélioration du ménage. L'appartement était convenable mais il avait besoin d'un nettoyage en profondeur (terrasse, carreaux, bas des murs, portes de placards).

Résidence agréable
Résidence très bien placée à proximité immédiate de la télécabine et à 150 m des premiers commerces et restaurants. Les appartements pour 6 sont suffisamment grands, bien équipés et globalement propres. La possibilité de quitter l'appart à 17h lors des courts séjours et très appréciable. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de parking privé et que la réception soit fermée l'après-midi. Une bonne adresse!

Tres belle hotel avec sa piscine , tres bien situer en plein centre ville d‘ax les thermes ,personnelle agréable et accueillant , qui nous a bien informé des visites de la region. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

espace idéal pour 2 personnes
Très bonne impréssion. Les chambres étaient propres et l'hotel est situé à 2 minutes du centre ville. Idéal pour un séjour ski, palcards à ski au rez de chaussée et accès à la station de Bonascre par télécabine à 50m.

Für uns war es der richtige Ort zur rechten Zeit,nicht zu groß,aber auch nicht zu klein,mehrere Markttage erlebt und es sind genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden.Auch öffentliche Fußbäder gehörten zu unserem entspannten Aufenthalt in Ax les Thermes.
