Regarding the heat in your room, please accept our apologies that our collegues could not inform you during your stay, that we have radiators in each room additionally to the aircondition, which you could turn off if needed. August) the national holiday with the yearly fireworks took place in Switzerland and the hotel was happy to welcome many guests that day. Due to many reservations our terrace was already fully booked and we were only able to offer you a table inside our restaurant which indeed has also a great view of the city and mountains. We regret that the ventilation in the room was not working properly. We would have been pleased if you had informed us immediately in order for us to solve it during your stay. This would have given us the chance to fix it or offer you another room which would have been colder. We always strive to do our best to offer our guests a wonderful stay at Sorell Hotel Zurichberg.
