It's beautiful. But if you are staying in a regular room, it sucks. Their hospitality lacks big time. They do not clean your room or empty your trash. We were here for a week. We asked for a refresh and were rudely told they don't clean your room there. Okay but we still need towels, tp, coffee, etc. they brought us a big trash bag with those things in them and my husband forced the guy to take a couple bags of garbage. Normally when you check into a place someone gives you the rundown on how things work. We received zero info and because we were exhausted from traveling for over 24 hours to get there we didn't think to ask. Need ice? You get to stand in line at the front desk so they can bag it up for you. Weird. Our room had the most mini fridge you can have and no microwave. Sucked not being able to heat up leftovers. We went to the beach most days and our floor had sand on it. Because there is no broom and dust pan in the room, it meant we had sand in our bed. That's fun. The room is not meant for you to be comfy in. The bed is many inches from the headboard so your pillows can't be stacked to rest against it. Normally wouldn't be staying in the room but i caught a nasty cold mid trip so needed to rest. The pool is open 24/7 so don't believe google on that. It was in a brown bag with a supposed to be frozen burrito but already defrosted; a “fun size container of juice, a fresh orange (size varied) and a small size of granola bar. It was horrible! There is a note on the front desk that says: “As your feedback, we will be giving grab and go breakfast bag. They will be available at the front desk from 7:00am-9:00.” We were applauded especially the burrito. We took the granola bars and oranges and returned the rest to the hotel. Bathroom: the tiles need scrubbing.
