Great place and staff. Great spot with a scooter or bicycle to get around. Very nice pool area to relax and chill. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the room. It was very large! The bed was sooo comfortable! The bathroom could have been a little cleaner but the shower was huge and we loved the dual shower heads! The inn was so incredibly quiet as there are no children... it was very serene and relaxing. My only suggestion is to please offer flavored coffee creamers in the morning... that just would be a nice touch.

Manager never called me regarding the situation where a giant golf ball sized roach fell on me as I was asleep, I woke up screaming and crying and slapped it off my cheek so hard it my cheek swelled up during my vacation. I sanitize my room immediately upon checking in, there was dirt and pubic hair when I wiped the bathroom and shower floor. It is not fair to pay a cleaning fee when the room has roaches and is not cleaned by staff. Save yourself the lack of professionalism and cleanliness by booking a different hotel.

Very disappointed compared to pics shown on website. Bedroom was small & old. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom needs remodeling. Old tub with walls so high almost couldn't get in. No safety bars. Seniors! Plus, lots of stairs for upper levels. However very clean!

Clean adult only property at the quiet end of Duval street. We parked our Jeep with paid hotel parking and rented a moped for easy free parking on the island. The hotel has one cold pool, one heated pool and a hot tub. A happy hour with wine and various other small bites of crackers, cheese cubes and mixed nuts. The breakfast was a simple variety but was substantial enough for us. Fresh ground Starbucks coffee machine and friendly staff round out the experience nicely.

Very quaint but room a little small. Close to downtown but still a little far to walk. Parking very tight. Overall appeared to be similar to other properties when it comes to location or parking. The property itself was set up nice with 2 pools and a hot tub. Very nice outdoor sitting areas

Watch out for the hidden resort fee levied by the resort on arrival in spite of pre paying in full with Expedia. The property is in need of a makeover and is poor value for money. The staff are loud and unprofessional. STAY ELSEWHERE

The king suite is an old inn. There is no separate thermostat so they decide ti keep it freezing cold. They will offer you extra blankets. The shower pressure is a little better than spit. We were beside the stairs and you heard everyone coming and going. You also heard the people walking around above you. Parking was available but it was far away. There are no elevators so if you require wheelchair access, good luck. We had a walker which was a little inconvenient. Overall, not worth the price.

You are better of finding another accommodation than staying at this place. The property is dirty and in a terrible shape with no elevator. Staff are neither friendly nor helpful. We stayed for two nights and booked a king suite room but got demoted to a regular room due to room availability. Upon checked in, we were assigned to a very dingy room with very strong chemical smell and poor lighting. We requested a room change given that my partner have allergies to strong smell. After arguing and waiting for over an hour, they assigned us to a smaller room with noisy AC but no smell so we took it. One good thing is that the location is close to the night life and restaurants but very noisy.

Under construction . No heads up on the fact that heavy machinery would be waking us up at the crack and f dawn!!! Also a renovation or work being done in the room above us!! Understandable if there were some compensation or even a warning in advance … Expedia and the proprietors should be ashamed of charging full price !!! Won’t be using Expedia again to book a room . Heated pool an unexpected bonus. The rooms vary greatly. Staff was pleasant and property was very relaxing. Everyone there was having a great time by the pool. We had a poolside room which was one of the best rooms in my opinion. Bike everywhere and walkable to some restaurants. Very close to the ocean and southernmost point. Safe clean neighborhood.

This is a lovely place close to all you want to do in Key West. The rooms are modest, mostly clean. Unfortunately, there was road construction all around us; not their fault. The breakfast is free and modest. The happy hour at 5pm is a nice touch. The staff were very nice, and the amenities good. Our bed was nice and firm. This isn't a luxury place, and we enjoyed our time there.

The rooms are basic, clean and comfortable. The pool area is lovely and well maintained. The amenities fee is misleading and not worth the cost. There are bicycles for rent at a reasonable rate. The property is in a great location.

Have stayed here several times. Always enjoy this property bc it has multiple pools and a hot tub. It’s far enough away from the main party areas of Duvall so it’s more quiet, yet still walking distance to all the fun as well!

Loved the convenient location to Duval from the south end . Having a room in the back and on second floor made for a quiet stay. Our room was small but clean, breakfast really all we needed and able to change what we ate every day. Loved the coffee machine , tea selections and the happy hour wine , cheese/crackers and mixed nuts was nice for a little start to the evening. The pool area , jacuzzi were well maintained and clean. Liked having the dorm size fridge in the room.

Was is a good location with easy access to Duval Street and other attractions. Bathroom was a little cramped. The floor in the room was uneven and housekeeping could be improved. Staff was mostly very nice and friendly. Parking was very cramped. Amenities fee was very high.

Music was terribel by the pool. Praying same tape all day long. Shower toilet dirty. Bring your own shampoo and soap. Wear slippera floor is dirty not sure how often they mop.
