Loved the place except for the hot water modulation in the shower and the atrocious parking availability. If you don’t get one of the 4(?) spots onsite, you can park 2 blocks or more away for $52/day. This should be clearly stated to let you know what’s coming for you in the parking arena but otherwise I love this place.

Room in horrible condition. Dirty towels. Bugs in bath robe. Scuffs all over hotel walls. Shower head holding on by a thread. Bathroom toilet paper roll broken. I would not recommend this property. It needs major renovations!

Great mix of old and new! Loved the vibe of our bungalow with new shower and old herringbone tile floors. Staff was attentive. Pool area and Isabel's cafe were beautiful. Top notch breakfast included. Parking is an issue in the Old Town area, but lucked out with one of the few spots to park on the property. Staff was helpful in providing different options nearby for parking too. Thank you for a lovely stay !

The hotel was as advertised. Just a block off the main street with easy access to restaurants, bars and shopping. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of all the activities Key West had to offer. Especially, Laura at the front desk. I would recommend this hotel.
