Quick stay with the family as we went through the Keys. Loved the marina facing room, the pool, and the restaurant on the water located right behind the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice location, great pool nice tiki bar. Family friendly. Staff at front desk not rude but not very welcoming either. Young Tiki bar bartender was super rud, his actions seemed personal not sure why. Not sure what his name is. Housekeeping could do better.. only changed the sheets, everything else was left dirty. Some kind of mini ant problem in the bathroom by the sink because there were always a bunch, and a lot of the paint was chipped in the bathroom mirror area. Phone did not work.

Run down property. Shower drain drains slowly, toilet doesn’t flush well, door doesn’t close right, and bed sheets stained. Never again!

The hotel was nice, but in desperate need of some upgrades. We opted for an upgraded king room with marina view and balcony. Views were nice, but not worth the price they charged. Bathroom door hinges were rusty and when I husband shut the door, we couldn't get it open. We struggled for a couple minutes to get it open. Pool with tiki bar was nice and convenient. Hotel needs a better attention to detail. We were on the first floor and on our final day, it had rained in the morning and the water poured down from the second floor flooding our balcony.

It was very noisy and the bar tenders were rude and just nasty attitude, the hotel check in was not great and didn’t feel welcome at all, the fact that the only breakfast was a $16 buffet was not great option and The drink prices were outrageous for a holiday inn bar I paid less down the road

Nice hotel! The property and rooms are clean and comfortable though a little dated, things are rusting. Our bathroom door wouldn’t close, so they lost a point for that but definitely recommended and we will come back to stay again.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Key Largo was perfect. Loved sitting on our patio overlooking the canal with the boats and pelicans. All the grounds were beautifully landscaped with secluded seating and was very peaceful. We also enjoyed the hot tub and our drinks at the Tiki Bar. The Gift Shop was nicely stocked and there were plenty of great eating options within a few miles. Would highly recommend.

Rooms are outdated. Did not have hot water. Faucet for the sink was hard to use. Bartender during the day susan was super slow. Took forever to even be greeted and let alone just to get a drink. Bartender at night was awesome friendly and fast.

We only stayed one night and honestly im glad that was it. Staff was super friendly but our room was soooo outdated and we literally had to slam our door to get it close. Carpets were gross too. Kinda bummed i chose this hotel and not my other option i had in mind especially for the price. Would only stay here again if there werent any other hotels available.

While the rooms were nice and well kept, the carpet needed cleaned (bottom of my feet were brown/black from the carpet) would be my one and only suggestion for them to fix. The property was well maintained, pools were great and several eating options within walking distance and the car parking lot was well lit and secure! I would stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Very nicely kept resort with two swimming pools (one with a waterfall), and a hot tub. Out back is the original “African Queen” from the movie! Clean rooms. Good service.

The pools and staff are lovely, however the rooms and exterior are dated and really need to be refurbished. The air conditioning in the room sounded like jet engine each night. The room was adequate but the floor was not mopped each day and was very dirty on our feet. In the end we cleaned it ourselves. This is a good location for restaurants and for access to snorkelling.
