Nice resort. A little expensive.

Pros: Hotel is well maintained. Nice rooms. Very clean.
Cons: Another restaurant on the property would be nice for more variety.
Location: Only minutes from Marathon which is nice if you want to go off property.
We had a great time here. Plenty to do, nice pools and facilities. Staff was very friendly.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff

Pros: The resort is large and well maintained.
Cons: There is an older woman who works at the Starbucks counter that is not very friendly.
Location: There is a great boat rental area in Islamarada, A1A rental. The jet ski tours are great and so are the boat rentals. Lots of great restaurants nearby
We have been to Hawks Cay twice and the best features for us is that there is an adults only pool. This is a good resort for families and there looks to be a lot of family activities. Alma is also an excellent restaurant and you can get Starbucks in the gift shop which we really appreciate!

Great time. We only stayed one day but we'll be back for more. Family friendly and very comfortable. Great breakfast buffet

Nice property but over priced.

Far from 4 star hotel, but 4 stars prices! Beautiful property but front desk personnel needs more training. Service Poolside was awful, took 20 to 30 minutes to get something to drink. Reservations I made and prepaid for was a joke. Bellman took us to room that was occupied, another trip to front desk which sent back to waiting Wife in no hallway to another room. A course after unpacking all our belonging someone with hotel calls my cell phone that the front desk messed up and we then pack back up everything and bellman Finally get us to right room. That's messed up!!!

clean hotel, lots of ammenities

Pros: clean, very relaxing
Cons: pricing could be more reasonable, found ourselves going outside the resort for entertainment and to eat.
Location: the location is beautiful, did not have to drive far to find things to do
dinner and drinks are expensive, the prices could be better. staff very helpful and friendly.

Great time. Ate on site and off site, many good restaurants within 10 minutes.

Family friendly but expensive

The room and facilities were really nice and clean. there were a lot more kids than I was expecting. They cater two families which is nice but maybe not for your honeymoon. The restaurants were over priced and the only breakfast option was a buffet for $24 a plate which is quite a bit higher than local restaurants in the area. The lagoon was nice for swimming but keep in mind there is no beach on the ocean front.

House keeping never cleaned our room, Alma restaurant hostess very rude to me and my two little girls...just because we didn't have dinner reservations. Only reason I recommend this hotel is because it's a Beautiful property.
