Our free upgrade was a true nightmare. The door was broken and was crooked. The sliding glass door was broken. The room was hot because the door wouldn't shut the whole way. The shower nozzle was broken. And. TV and DVD player was broken. Maintenance was in our room 3 times. We tried to change rooms. Sold out. Pool was dirty, paper and cups not picked up. I've stayed at the Cheeca several times and it was great. I'm not sure what's going on but, I won't be staying there again!!
