For a 4 star hotel, this is a 2~3 star quality in everything but the breakfast. Rooms are dirty (don't enev dare look under the bed), only basic amenities (3 star level at best), terrible maimtenance (My foot got stuck on the shower drain cover because it was bent/broken. I complained, they put it exaclty as it was back, I complained again, they moved to another room, I bet they just put the bent cover back). Old TV, failing lights, slow cleaning. They explore their top location, offer basic ammenities and charge you for almost 5 stars

Not worth the price
I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again. Our room had many issues that shouldn’t exist for this price point: the closet doors were loose and almost falling, the blinds completely fell from the ceiling when I tried to lower them (with no effort at all - they simply fell and could’ve hit me or someone else), and the bed was terrible. The “king” size bed was just two twin beds put together, so it had a divide in the middle. The shower was also not good. Breakfast was just ok. Again, for this price point I was expecting something better and, therefore, would not recommend.

My fifth and last time at This hotel. Employees are not well trained and I had a few problems with the room service. I will not go back.

Internet needs to be improved, poor WiFi quality. Maintenance in the room need to be reviewed, curtain broken, doors broken in the closet. Beside this minor incidents the stay was excellent and would recommend.

This was a horrible experience. The hotel needs major remodeling, it's extremely outdated. Service sucks, I asked for an extra bed to be brought to the room and the bed came damp as thought it was seating outside completely wet. No quality control, sheets were torn and did not seem very clean...just overall a terrible experience.

This is a 3 star hotel definitely not a 5 star. To get to the beach you have to cross 6 lanes of traffic. The pool is inadequate and the noise from the traffic below does not make it relaxing. Buffet breakfast was basic and tasteless We left after 1 night although we had booked 3.

Excellent stay for those willing to spend a bit more on a hotel in Floripa. The hotel view was amazing, the room was comfortable, and all 4-star amenities were available. There is plenty of storage in the room as well. The breakfast room is nice, overlooking the bay. The wifi and shower worked great too.

Hotel is run down and needs a refresh. On check in, we had no one to help us with our luggage. Check in was not very welcoming bordering on unpleasant. Room was good size, but beds, sheets and pillows were not comfortable. We had a balcony we couldn’t access because it was locked with a key. Blow dryer was almost unusable and toiletries were scarce. No iron for pressing clothes available, and was told I had to put in a request to get my clothes ironed with a minimum wait not guaranteed of 2 hours. Room had a stocked mini bar which was good. Room had visible wear and tear everywhere. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Breakfast view was amazing, food selection not so much. It was also crowded and a bit dirty due to amount of people eating. Check out was pleasant and we had assistance with our bags. Overall, the hotel is not expensive compared to USA standards, but it is definitely not worth the stars it boasts.

A very nice hotel
A thoroughly nice hotel, very well positioned for getting about. Very helpful staff. We booked half board and the food was buffet style in the evening which was very nice and varied unfortunately the restaurant was not busy in the evening and always felt too dimly lit and a little too cool which was a shame but all in all a very nice stay
