Sanzanobi Family Suite in Florence

The entire apartment has been recently renovated and decorated with attention to details and refined taste for design furniture and comforts. The earthy color palette of the apartment creates a warm, pleasant atmosphere.
The space is clean and practical and accommodates comfortably up to 4 people.
It's located on the second floor without elevator of a historic building and comprises:
- a cozy living room ( with 1 sofa bed
suitable for 2 people) which opens onto a fully equipped kitchen creating a lovely open space with Smart tv
- a master bedroom with good storage space and double size bed and smart tv
- a family bathroom with shower.
The unit comes with air conditioning throughout the whole space, flat TV and a Fibre Option WiFi connection.

A fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction hob , dishwasher, kettle and toaster.
There is no washing machine.
The apartment has all the comforts that a house can offer, quiet and stylish it's perfect for a comfortable stop during the visit of the beautiful Florence.
Absolutely great for a family or a group of friends.
This is one of the most vibrant neighbourhoods of the old city, 10/15 minutes away from the main city monuments ( PONTE VECCHIO,DUOMO, UFFIZI) and 5 from the main train station of SANTA MARIA NOVELLA.

Wonderful stay!

Great Location to live like a local

This is the way we prefer to stay when abroad. The location was perfect for living like a local. The grocery was an easy walk away, several very good restaurants are close, and major attractions are all an easy walk. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Check in and out was super easy, Sweetstay was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure everything was as comfortable as possible for me and my family. Any questions we had were answered right away. The location of the apartment is about as good as it gets. About 10 minute walk to the train station, 5 minute walk to the Central Market, 10 minutes to the Duomo, 15 minutes to Ponte Vecchio bridge. Lots of stores and restaurants everywhere around the apartment. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable and had it had a great kitchen to cook meals if you prefer to. Extra benefit is that it had a decent size fridge which was great, because usually they are much smaller in Florence. Would definitely recommend this apartment and stay there again next time I am in Florence! Thanks for everything !!!!

A comfortable and clean apartment with very very poor heating system and weak communication.

In fact the apartment was comfortable, everything was clean and user-friendly except the temperature. The weather was warmer outside. So we could'nt enjoy the comforts of the apartment. We experienced serious heating problems.The apartment was very cold (12 celcius when we entered the apartmen, after six hours it reached to 16-17, only the next morning it reached to 19 and then at night it again decreased to 17) At night we sat with our coats and when the radiators we workindg in front of them, otherwise under the blankets.

San Zanobi was a challenge.

This apartment is in a great location, we ust wish we could have used the air conditioning. It was a real challenge to climb those 5 flights of stairs without an elevator.
