The property is in a perfect position overlooking one of the main squares in Florence. The place had a buzz about it from early morning and each evening some form of entertainment (jazz band, opera singer, musician etc) was taking place. Wonderful atmosphere we loved it. Being in the centre of town everywhere (Restaurants, museums,churches etc) was within a short walk

Very neat and spacious! Great location! I didn't like the lack of communication. They sent me an email with a hotel address to do the check in and when I got there , they send me to another hotel. It was stressful !

Great apartment with excellent elevator. It was perfect for our needs. The front desk support really went out of their way to help with the wifi challenges and we really appreciated that.

Beyond bad customer service from receptionists / supervisor ! Extremely rude and unprofessional . My room was dirty & there was bugs in my room. No shampoo, soap etc . Think twice before booking this place . Better places elsewhere. The only good thing about this place is the location that’s it, Everything else is a mess . I traveled all over the world & this is my first worst stay. Do your research before booking & call because the ad is misleading

Location was great. Only drawback was that checkin place was a few blocks from the room address so that was confusing so make sure you know where to check in.

We drove a rental car to the property where we checked it. This was a nightmare. Lots of rerouting, pedestrians, street signs are difficult to find. Parking was 25 euros per day. A parking attendant did come to pick up the car and take it to the parking lot, which was helpful. The staff was very friendly. I asked for an iron for my clothing and was told that they don’t allow them for safety reasons.

Truly beautiful apartment
Beautiful apartment in the centre of Florence. I would definitely stay there again. The young lady who checked us in was extremely nice and very helpful.

Excellent location although check-in was a little tricky. Very helpful staff. We were also able to leave our luggage after checkout which allowed us to tour the city.

The apartment was very well located close to the Centre. However it was very dark, air conditioning was not effective and the only bathroom was downstairs whilst the bedroom was upstairs.

My stay was awesome. Even though I arrive late the receptionist, was there to let us in. He took our bags upstairs, took his time to go over the details, giving us a map telling us all the places we can visit. The location is perfect it so mins by train from the airport and all the shopping and really awesome restaurants. I would stay there again.

Great stay close to the heart of Florence!
Perfect for a quick stay in the heart of Florence! We were very pleased with the accommodations. Even though it is right off of a very busy spot, the noise filtering in was minimal and the location made it easy to get to everything on foot!

The hotel offers apartments with a separate bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living/dining area. There is a kitchenette as well. The location is more than excellent as it is right downtown in the heart of everything in Florence. The apartment was quiet and felt very safe as the building is locked, with only guests having access. The apartment includes air conditioning, which is a nice treat for a European hotel. This property does not have a front desk itself. It is contracted with another property a couple of blocks away for front desk services and other guest needs. The main issue is the parking situation. The Hotel DeLanzi that offers the front desk services also provides parking services. For $25 daily, a local garage will come pick up the car and drop it off with 24 hours notice. But driving to anywhere in central Florence is an absolute nightmare with extremely narrow one way streets, tons of tourists walking in the streets, and poor signage. I would recommend the hotel, but would recommend parking on the edge of downtown and finding a way to the hotel.

Initially a little difficult to find as Street was blocked by restaurants but once we arrived the staff for check in were very helpful and the location was perfect and central to all things we wanted to access. Would stay again

Great location right on Piazza Repubblica. Front desk for this property is in a close by hotel and they meet you here to check in, so check in is awkward but they are very helpful and cooperative. Parking $25 euros a day but they pick up and deliver your car, with an hour’s notice. No daily maid service included in price.

Unexpectededly good
The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Very close to the Duomo. An older building attractively decorated. We had a bedroom and a separate sitting room/kitchen. Cooking facilities were not extensive but all we needed for coffee and breakfast making. Well equipped modern bathroom with a good, powerful shower. We would stay there again.

The Apartment off Republic Square
We we lucky enough to stay in the apartment on Republica Square which is separate from the hotel. (The hotel is about 2 blocks off the square.) It gave more of a feel of having an apartment in Florence. It also helped in finding the room after walking around all day. Excellent location, accommodations and hotel staff. If returning.... i will ask for the same room.
