My first impression of this place is not good. Customer service onsite at the property is seriously lacking. Prior to checking in everyone was really nice. I got here and my room smelled rank and disgusting, although the person checking me in agreed that the room smelled bad, he basically told me to deal with it until the smell airs out and they can get someone in to fix it. The person coming to fix it would have come the next day. Since nothing could be done to fix the smell, I threatened to check in to another hotel then and only then did another suite become available. Insanity!
Also, it’s important to confirm that you are getting what you are reserving, there is a listing for a suite with a balcony which is obviously more expensive, once you get to the property they tell you that you don’t have a suite with balcony room and the advertisement is wrong (again you are expected to just get over it and deal with it). This place takes absolutely no accountability for the condition of their apartments nor the advertisements of their listings. My experience makes me question the high ratings this place has received. Honestly, if I were to do it again I’d save myself the headache and get a hotel in the center with a nice view.
There is a restaurant downstairs from the property, which is very convenient. However, when the restaurant burns food you can smell it in the building. Also, if you have a room in the front of the hotel when the patrons leave the restaurant it seems
