Very nice stay
This location couldn’t be better. It’s half a block to the Duomo and an easy walk to the Accademia and Ponte Vecchio. The room is a bit ordinary, but perfectly adequate. The hair dryer is from another century, so I’d recommend bringing your own. On our arrival we opened the window and heard a woman singing opera. Can’t guarantee that will happen to you, but that was pretty wonderful. The lobby is not on the main level, but there is an elevator, so it’s not a problem. The hotel itself is only 2 levels, without and elevator, so if your room is on their second level you'll have to lug your luggage up the stairs. The breakfast is above average. The only complaint is the bath towels. They are more like large kitchen towels. Not very absorbent or cozy. There are computers in the lobby which are free to use, which is a nice extra.
