Dear Customer,We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at our hotel, but we want to clarify our position.The night you came to the reception complaining about wi-fi strenght signal, our night auditor told you to come in the lobby if you need to work (the signal strenght was stronger and we did not have the way to change your room because we were fully booked), in fact we had also other complains from customers in all the floors and we realized just the morning after that it was a general problem of the wi-fi company. Anyhow we received your complain the morning after by Expedia.com and we immediately answered that we can move on a different room, if you prefer, and we wrote them to get in touch with you and to show yourself at the reception so we can move in other room and solve the problem. My colleague saw you at reception at check out; you never came and we never had the opportunity to do something.Regarding the cell reception, our walls are 4 times larger than regular walls so it could happen that sometime the reception is not perfect inside the hotel.Best regards.HOTEL EXECUTIVE

Dear Mr Dennis,I thank you very much for your hotel reservation and for sharing your feedback with us.I apologize, from my side and on behalf of all our Staff about the small ants you have found in our suite. One or eighteen, small or big this is not the point, therefore this is a loss of attention by part of our Staff while cleaning up the Presidential Suite. On the other hand, I have to say that we weren't been very fortunate, as the ants were really small and, probably, difficult to be seen and found. However, we apologize for that.But, when you report you have found a "cold reception" and a "bothered worker", I am not finding with you. In our Staff there are not bothered people, but professional figures, most of them working in our team for many years. You have mentioned the same worker checked you in and told you we could clen the room again, but they were two different people. An arrogant worker told you we did not have ant traps or repellent, but it is the same person who use an organic (no smelling) repellent for the ants. And, if somebody did not know anything about an ant trap, this is because he was not used to have this kind of issues. I was not present in the hotel, but I know, and I am sure, that everybody tried to do his best to solve the problem. Our hotel is not dirty, aand all our guests feedback are a great proof about it.Sincerely YoursWith best regards

Dear Mr John,I am sorry you did not find your room comfortable, in any case it was not in the basement but at the ground floor. And, quite honestly, we do not know the reason of the smell you have felt.I do not agree with you when you write that we decided not to do anything. You checked in around 01:00 pm, and we gave you that room on the ground floor as it was the only one ready before the check in time. But you claimed for an eventual change only at 10:45 pm, when the hotel was already completely fully booked and all the Guests checked in. The only thing we could do is to offer a room change for the next day, and trying to fix the situation with air sanitizer and a fan.If we had been informed sooner, for sure we could offer you an alternative solution.Yours Faithfully,
