A classic airport hotel - clean, comfortable with a restaurant/ breakfast room. Taxi to the airport was just over 10 Euros and was organised for me by the staff. Very suitable for lone travellers like me who just need a single night before flying home.

This hotel is close to the airport, one of the reasons why we chose it. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their English speaking skills were good, too. We ate at the on-site restaurant, and the food was good and priced reasonably. Our bathroom had some kind of mold growing near the ceiling, and the shower drain was slow, suggesting that the room could use some housekeeping/maintenance attention. But the staff assured me they would look into the issues for the next guess. In light of the overall condition of the space, the convenience of the location, and the good experiences with staff in the hotel and restaurant, I would stay at this hotel again.

I didn’t like that they offer parking but in reality because lot is too small they send you to a street parking wish is challenging to find and when you find it you need to pay. Night staff was not friendly. Rooms have fixed temperature and it was amazingly hot.

They have a super friendly staff. They speak excellent English so if you do not speak much Italian it’s certainly a plus. Rooms are clean. The breakfast cost was reasonable and kept me full for lots of sight seeing. They have called a taxi several times and have even lined up my transportation back to the airport. I even added another night!

We stayed at this property because of its proximity to the Florence Italy airport. We had a very early morning flight and it was wonderful to be 5 minutes away. The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. They immediately asked if we would need a taxi in the morning and made arrangements for a taxi to be there for us at 4:00 am. We slept much better knowing that was in place and the taxi was there waiting for us in the morning. This hotel was perfect for what we needed!

Mostly, the place was fine. Clean lobby. Staff was ambivalent, at best. Very walkable to the tram. The room is fine. But seriously, the bathroom is ridiculous: tiniest sink, a toilet that is nearly touching the wall, and the coldest showers of our life (though the shower was a nice size)!

Since I was getting in FLC around midnight, I figured it would be easier to stay close by airport. It was 14 Euros to taxi here, check in was quick and easy, shower was hot, my bed was super comfy, so overall I was very happy with my experience.

Other than the facts that there was no hot water to take a shower the morning our flight was leaving Florence and a kind of surly check in lady who moved us y to o the side and then started checking in people who cam in after us it was pretty good because clean nice room and accessibility to the airport. Clean, efficient, friendly service and convenient for the airport. The only issue we had - which is not the hotel's fault - is that Google maps suggested a walking route from the airport which required walking along roads without pavements. So if it's after midnight you need to take a taxi even though it's not far.

The receptionist is misinformed, when I got to the hotel she was charging me for my stay, I told her I already paid and she said the computer was showing I didn’t, then after she kept looking she found that I already paid. The 1st night I couldn’t sleep well because the room was too hot, I tried to change the heat settings but I couldn’t, I wanted to call the front desk but I didn’t find a phone, next day in the morning I asked the same recep if there is a phone in the room and she said yes, I asked her where she said she will ask, I also told her about the heat and asked her to please put the A/C to 18C and she said she will, (in the afternoon she told me no phone in the room). The 2nd night I woke up sweeting like if I had a fever and tried to change the setting on the AC but it was locked in off because I had no phone in the room I have to put clothes and go to the front desk around 4am, I spoke with a man about the heat in the room and he said they can not put air conditioner because it was set to heat for the entire hotel, I was mad because why the lady didn’t tell me that to prepare for the night, he said to open the window and I said if I do that I won’t be able to sleep because of the noise of the cars, so I had a terrible night. The neighborhood looks sad and abandon, only like two restaurants and too many highways around, the hotel was pretty and the room was clean but because of the noise I wouldn’t stay again in this hotel, glad it was only two nights.

The hotel is close to the airport which was a key convenient factor for us. The attendance we got was very good, the only bad thing is the state of the hotel room. It had some painting details, scratches here and there.

Perfect for an early morning flight!
We stayed before an early morning flight out of Florence and were very satisfied. The hotel was clean and comfortable with nice towels and a comfortable bed. We received a drink coupon for two welcome drinks at their bar and had a little bite to eat as well. Also, the front desk took care of our early morning taxi smoothly too. We were very satisfied.

A good airport layover hotel
The staff was amazing and the room was awesome. It's a basic room with a nice bed, clean everywhere and very comfortable. I missed having a chair in the room for work but had a cube I could sit on which worked okay. My only complaint was that the fitness center was on floor -2 and smelled musty. They try to cover it with those essential oils and wicking sticks which just smell toxic to me.

Okay for a hotel by the airport, and we stayed there for specific reasons, but not the greatest place to stay. The restaurant is not very good, and there are limited dining options around the hotel.

Close to the airport, clean hotel and relatively new. The parking is included as we had a rental car. The staff was sweet and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The rooms are small but I expected this… it’s Florence.

The gentleman at the front desk was patient and extremely helpful. One member of our group did not have a reservation, and though the hotel was fully booked he took the time to help her find another hotel and helped her confirm the reservation! He also booked us a taxi and made restaurant recommendations! He made the stay very pleasant.
