Very convenient and comfortable.
Nice hotel within easy access to all of Florence's attractions. Clean and comfortable. Only issue was that we had clicked off 'Parking' and it was listed as available which was one of the reasons for selecting the hotel. Did not realize until arrival that 'available' didn't necessarily mean included or on-site. It was reasonably priced (15 Euro/24hr) but about a 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Great location , 15 min walk to train station , quiet area . Hotel staff excellent , great breakfast . Room was a little dated …. New mattresses needed , bedspread and curtains shabby. If your a large person you will not fit in the shower .

Friendly multilingual staff, nice breakfast with a cute little courtyard view from the breakfast area. The mattresses were too soft. Decent location in what felt like a safe area though probably wise to not walk from train station late at night. But a overall good experience, not luxurious but a clean place and helpful staff, so would recommend.

Clean and cosy, good location
Very polite and friendly staff, hotel was clean and cosy. Good choice for breakfast and even a possibility to use a pancake machine that our children adored! The location was perfect, hotel is in a quiet place but still within 10-15 min walking distance from the very center /or the train station.

Overall stay was great. Staff were very helpful especially Fabricio. Good job and keep it up. Would definitely come back and stay again. The only setback is that of mosquitoes in the room but when complain was made, they compensate with mosquito repellent.

Great outdoor/indoor area for breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, room was small but bathroom was big, beautiful view from window, great aircon and area was quiet and safe to walk around in. Laundry facilities nearby for travellers needing to do washing!

Family time at Florence
Hotel Bonifacio is a well located, well maintained hotel, just inside the border of the old city, but close enough to convenient parking, that made it for us an excellent option as we were driving a rental. Getting in front of the hotel can be tricky because you need to pass the Limited Zone Traffic cameras or ZTL, but that is no problem because you report your tag to the front desk and they give you a temporary free ZTL pass. They only give it to you at check in and at check out for unloading/loading your stuff. Hotel Bonifacio is at walking distance of Palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi and other landmarks. They include a nice breakfast at a lovely backyard. The front desk guys were courteous and accommodating.

I don't have anything else but to say that our stay at the bonifacio hotel was great. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the place is really clean and super well located. They even open the kitchen early for us the day we were leaving to allow us to have a little breakfast before traveling.

Great economical hotel in.Florence Italy
This was the second time I stayed at Hotel Bonifacio. That says something right there. It's a little over a kilometer from either the main train station or the Duomo. That's the center of things in Florence. The rooms are very quiet, and can be dark if you want to sleep late. Very adequate breakfast, better most in this class of hotel. It'll get your day off to a good start. The staff is friendly, efficient, and very helpful. My hats off to Signore Ivan, the manager for instilling his friendly attitude in the entire staff. Great place in Firenza.

First--my only complaint about this hotel would be the wifi. The wifi was extremely slow and wouldn't work often--I simply gave up on it. Other than that, our stay at Hotel Bonifacio was great. The staff was nice and helpful, and the room was clean. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The only thing that was very far was Piazzale Michelangelo, but the hotel staff had recommended taking a bus to go here, anyway. About an 18 minute walk to the train station.
