This hotel is in a great location. You can walk to all the important sites. The staff are really nice. Breakfast was first class. The room was super clean, modern and very comfortable. I highly recommend this property if you are exploring downtown Florence.

It was a fantastic and luxurious experience overlooking the Ponte Vecchio. The staff was very courteous, funny and very helpful with dining suggestions as well as directions. Definitely a luxury experience when in Florence. Can’t wait to visit again.

The Terrazzo Bar on the rooftop is the highlight of the hotel. Some of the hotel staff were outstanding and some were very poor.

Perfect location, exemplary service.
Contemporary hotel in perfect location, next to Ponte Vecchio and within easy walking distance of almost everything. The staff made our postponed Anniversary celebration unforgettable . Huge thanks to Cristina and concierge team for such fantastic service.

Pros: Great central and safe location right next to the Pont di Vecchio, modern and clean decor, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast across the street in a beautiful location, bed was very comfortable even though small. Cons: The room was too small. The bathroom was bigger than the room but no bath tub The room was not functional e.g. not enough outlets to charge devices, no real table to do work on a business trip. No luggage stand.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were spacious and beautiful. The amenities in the room and at the hotel was perfect and we had the most amazing view from our room overlooking the Ponte Vechio and the river. The staff was great and extremely attentive and accommodating. I will definitely stay at this hotel again on my next visit.

Florence Gem
The Contentetale was a comfortable and relaxing stay. They have a very accommodating and welcoming front desk staff. I could tell they are busy and still were eager to assist. The rooms a clean, comfortable and luxurious. It was one of the highlights of our stay in Florence.

Excellent Property. Concierge offers great service! Bed room mattress needs updating - it was sagging on one side and some areas of the grout in the shower need to be cleaned.

Right in the heart of Florence. Very crowded area but the perfect location for that exact purpose. Walk to the train station is about 15 mins but most roads are cobblestone - would recommend getting along the river where it's more traditional sidewalks.

It's a little hard to get to in Florence if you are driving, but it's worth it! Loved are stay at the Lugano. The staff, especially, Luka, is amazing! Terrific location near Ponte Vecchio.

Thank you for the wonderful stay!
This hotel is perfect in every way: location, cleanliness, service and care. They gave us an upgrade so that we can face the river/bridge and the cleanliness is definitely up to my standards. I am very particular about cleanliness and this hotel definitely met my expectations. The roof top bar is also amazing as it is picturesque and they serve very good cocktails with excellent service. Everything about about this property is perfect. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a junior suite. It's located in such a convenient location, we never had to walk more than 15 minutes to any major site/restaurant. The main issue we had was with the internet, the connection was very poor. It was incapable of running apps on the tv. Not a major deal because we were there to site see but definitely something that effects the overall experience when your trying to wind down before bed and you have to disconnect from the WiFi and use your own data. Other than that the staff was absolutely lovely and would recommend. 8/10

Romantic and Convenient
Amazing location walk out the door facing river & Ponte Vecchio, and only short walk (less than 5-10mins) to the main piazzas in Firenze. Staff was polite, friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions and ideas. We absolutely will book this location again.
