### Carla's rooms! The enchanting Beatrice

Our room is on the ground floor of an early 20th century villa, on two floors, where there are other private rooms, with some common spaces such as the kitchen and the garden with a relaxation area.  
The house is located in the Gavinana district, a residential area but full of shops, bars and restaurants.  
A 5-minute walk to the Coop supermarket.  
  
Specifically, Beatrice's room, elegant and refined, remains autonomous with a private bathroom while the kitchen is shared with other condominiums  
  
The room has all the necessary amenities to guarantee a great stay.  
Comfortable double bed, split air conditioning inside the room, television, free wifi, small desk, iron, drying rack.  
Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and hairdryer.  
On the ground floor shared with other condominiums kitchen with coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave and various utensils.  
  
At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest for the sole purpose of law, therefore we will ask you to show a valid document.  
  
Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the structure and include a supplement as follows:  
between 21:00 and 23:00 >> € 25  
between 11pm and midnight >> € 30  
over 24 >> € 40  
  
SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit, of 100 euros, will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, subject to monitoring of the apartment.  
The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated based on the number of guests and the number of nights.  
  
The apartment is located in a quiet area, just 15 minutes walk from Viale Europa, which is particularly suitable for shopping. The Gavinana shopping center is 5 minutes away.  
You reach the center with a 10 minute walk and nearby there are numerous restaurants and bars where you can eat well without paying the center prices.  
A 15 minute walk to the park of the Anconella will allow you to do sporting activities, breathing deeply!  
  
This area has a fantastic location: one kilometer from the motorway exit (Firenze Sud - Viale Europa exit) for those traveling by car. At the same time it is also close to the historic center, to which you can easily go by bus but also on foot in a very pleasant walk
