"We came to Flippin to relax, kayak, and do a little fishing. We had 4 adults, a teen, and an 11 yr old. This home was the perfect set up. We had plenty of room to let the kids play around and the adults relax. Sandy was a great host from check-in to check- out. She made sure we had everything we needed, answered questions we had about the river access, and even came out to make sure everything was okay after a storm. We have only good things to say about our stay!"

"This place was amazing! Beautiful views and a nice layout! It was clean and well kept. The property is right by the water and a stream so you could go outside and enjoy the sounds of nature! I have told everyone I know about this property specifically and that it does not disappoint!"

"Locating this property is a bit of an adventure. Listing indicated that GPS might not work, and boy was that correct. I would suggest that you beef up the directions a bit to overcome that. Instructions for the security system were accurate, but we had trouble finding control and the alarm went off before we could get to it. The lock on the gate didn't work properly. Patio furniture was very dirty and we had to clean that to spend time out there. Several of the sinks didn't drain properly. But, overall the property was perfect for what we came to do and we would book it again."
