Semi-detached house located 400 m from the beach, air-conditioned rooms, shaded outdoor area, suitable for 4 people, non-smoking accommodation, pets not accepted.  
  
Sheets and/or towels can be rented upon reservation.

An entrance hallway leads to the separate equipped kitchen (4-burner glass-ceramic hob with extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, traditional coffee maker, toaster, kettle). A separate toilet is located on the ground floor. The living-dining area consists of a table, sideboard, sofa, 2 armchairs, TV (French channels). The gravelled outdoor area is located below the living room (accessible by a few steps), and has a table, benches and a stone barbecue.  
Upstairs are two spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190) and a wardrobe. The west-facing room even has a small balcony.  
The parking space for the house is located in the perpendicular street, a few meters above the house.
