Furnished one-bedroom apartment equipped for 2/4 people. Residence Santa Marina 800 m from the beach and shops. Tennis court, collective swimming pool open in season and private parking, with wifi and air conditioning. Classified 3 stars.  
  
Located on the second floor of building B consisting of a hallway entrance leading to a kitchen equipped with hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, dining area with view. living room with 2 TV canvas armchairs, a bedroom with a double bed and a closet. The accommodation also has a mezzanine with 2 bunk beds.  
Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Open view.  
  
The Residence is located on the heights of Saint Pierre La Mer, 650 m from the shops and 700 m from the sea. It has a swimming pool open from June 7 to September 24\. A tennis court is also available upon reservation.  
  
Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon collection of the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit : with a large and a small towel: €8.00).  
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (Not in cash or checks).  
Not suitable for PRMs.  
The tourist tax is extra.  
The keys can be collected from the Citygest agency between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. during the summer season.
