"The chef was great firstly cracked eggs for breakfast rice in excellent coffee. We were so surprised how good it was. I hope a lot of people tip the Chef."

"Small city motel is well cared for. Bed was comfortable and clean. Whole room was clean. The only issue was outside on the balcony there were hundreds of spider webs that should be knocked down and cleaned. Was not attractive and we refused to sit outside. ( We stayed 2 more nights in another room--same bacony situation as both balconies were spider web world. I would imagine where there are webs that there are spiders hiding. Pool was refreshing and hot tub was hot as it should be. Wish pool was a tad warmer but this is not a complaint. The pool room locker room bathrooms were clean and one of the best pool areas we've had while lodging."

"This was an amazing place. The lake is beautiful and so peaceful. It was perfect for our group with kids and young grandkids. The porch on the back with table and comfy furniture was great for sitting in evenings. Loved the large windows looking out to the lake. The lake was great for fishing and so quiet there were no worries with taking our young kids out on kayaks. Sleeping arrangements very comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. The yard area was big enough for them to run around in and the lake was shallow for quite awhile so playing at lake edge was great. It is not a sand area by lake but the kids didn't care about that at all. Was great to just hop in a kayak go fish and return. The little loved taking their small kayaks out just past the dock and back alone, a first for them. The little circle drive and quiet drive back to house was perfect for bike riding with the grandkids. There are quiet dirt roads for adult bike riding. The yard has plenty of shade but also sunny areas if want to soak up sun on shore. We would definitely do this again! None of the kids wanted to leave. Everything was clean and host super friendly. If we had any questions they responded quickly and were super helpful"

"Just fantastic! My aunt and uncle once owned this place. Went many times in my youth. My last visit was 1998.Place looks exactly the same and thr current owners have provided a wonderful place. Happy My wife and kids got to experience it. If you want a beautiful lake front home that is very clean a tidy for you and family this is it. Fishing, swimming, kayaking, its all here. Team is very responsive. So if you have issues, just reach out"
