"Customer service was friendly except for one lady in housekeeping we overheard loudly complaining about having to put out towels. Parking was great. Room was clean except for the two chairs located at the desk and beside the bed. Both of which have stains resulting from previous guest's poor rectal hygiene. Butt stains. Very gross. Breakfast was fine except the eggs and sausage. The eggs and sausage were cold and had been left in the danger zone for too long. My wife got sick from the eggs and sausage. I did not eat any of it. Everything else was fine."

"Very very poor experience. We arrived around midnight and the cabin was not clean or ready, with no sheets to sleep. We contacted the property but got no real response for over an hour, leaving us stuck at 1am in an unusable cabin. The next day, after pushing, the cabin was cleaned, but there was still no hot water. We also noticed signs someone had entered while we were away, and the access logs they provided didn’t match our actual presence, which was concerning. Overall, this stay was far below standard - poor communication, lack of basic amenities, and serious reliability issues. It also disrupted our ability to prepare for an important conference. Would not stay again."

"Room was not thoroughly cleaned. When we arrived the toilet was not working properly. The fridge had old food in it from the previous guest. The walls are thin. The guest next to us we’re having intercourse that when on for an hour. We had to turn up the tv to drown out the noise. We went out of to dinner then drove 2.5 hours home afterwards. We did not stay over at this hotel. "
