"We LOVED 🥰 our stay here!! Wonderful place in the middle of heaven! The staff is SO helpful and friendly, it made a difference for us. Excellent breakfast. Best room we’ve had in a long time! The skylight window has a view on the waterfalls on top of the cliffs by the hotel. We’ve never been in such a beautiful place and we’ve travelled A LOT before. We HIGHLY recommend this hotel. Conveniently located right off the cruise from Flam to Gudvangen. Then the bus to your next destination is right next to the hotel. So peaceful! The room was very clean and comfortable. Good wifi in room. If you are in the area, you have got to stay there ☺️"

"Our room in the budget hotel had a wonderful view of the waterfalls. The room was small but perfectly adequate for our needs. The bathroom facilities are shared but as we appeared to be the only guests it was not a problem and the showers are fantastic. It is only a very short walk to the ferry and bus terminal. Meals are available at the more upmarket sister hotel. The nearby Viking Village is a must see."

"Though the room was fairly small, our expectations were exceeded. The staff was exceptional. The food in the restaurant was excellent and it was the lowest price that we saw in Norway. Thoroughly enjoyable. Not 5 stars but more than we expected. "

"This place surpassed our expectations - the location is unrivaled, with a completely unobstructed view of the fjord and mountains. The space is so big, clean, and comfortable - and beautifully lit with natural light spilling through the massive windows. All the things we wanted to do were within walking distance - the Hondungo hike, the Stokko hike, and kayaking. We loved our little balcony (perfect for yoga!) The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could need. Parking was no problem at all. We stayed three nights and I wish we could have stayed a week - or a month! Would definitely book again."

"The cabin is cosy, located directly on the edge of the fjord in a quiet beautiful location, with a hot & powerful shower and comfortable beds. Olaf is really welcoming. The photos are slightly out of date but it's only minor differences."
