It is a very cozy, small one bedroom, one bathroom house with a European style kitchen, queen size bed in the bedroom, washer/dryer combo, Jerome claw-foot bathtub, and a sofabed in the livingroom for additional sleeping space. We have a large Yurt in backyard which is a fantastic place to relax after a full day of activities! There is direct access to miles of hiking trails right out of our back yard gate. Our property is located 10 minutes from downtown Flagstaff, 1.5 hours from the Grand Canyon and 45 minutes from Sedona. Hard to tell from the photos, but the house actually sits right between two houses. It’s in a small, but densely populated woodsy neighborhood. The location was great, the house was really comfortable and had everything we needed to relax…and the Yurt! Who doesn’t love a Yurt? Would definitely stay here again, it’s a real hidden gem, and the hosts were amazing with communication. 10 of 10, and we’ve stayed in many VRBO homes across the country. Renting is so stressful when you haven’t been to the area before, but the house was exactly as advertised. The neighborhood safe and quiet. Hosts left a cute basket of goodies! It was very clean.
