This hotel is terrible and the staff doesn't care. I chose this hotel due to the price and proximity to the grand canyon. I was charged extra when I checked in for having kids over 12, after I had disclosed that and paid on Expedia. They advertised laundry facilities which were one machine each in a closet that they then didn't want me to use. The AC in my room was broken, I brought it to the front desk attention and they couldn't have cared less. Flagstaff AZ in June is hot! No offer of another room, or partial refund after they had already charged me more than the booked rate. Skip this hotel at all costs!

We are sorry that you experienced some trouble. Listed on every site that we post are the charges for any teenager please review it again and you will see the posted charges. We do have a laundry room not a closet, it also houses our ice machine so is a rather large room, nobody would ever stop a guest from using laundry, during the posted laundry hours 0600 to 2200, all you were informed of was that time restriction. All of our A/C work and we have new spares to switch out, all it takes is 10 minutes we would have gladly switched them out if you actually come to the office and let us know while you are staying not when you check out, by then it is to late, how can we fix a problem if you won't tell us while you are a guest. . I know you were angry because you had to pay for all your guest, but that is the industry standard, we charge according to the number of people.
You have only to read most of the reviews to know that we care more then most hotels, we go beyond and enjoy it.
