The house is fairy new and very clean. The backyard is fully fenced in and there is grass which was nice for the dog. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Upstairs there is a full bathroom in the master and a full bathroom in the hallway. Downstairs there is a full bathroom next to the bedroom. The owner was very quick with responses. The house itself is beautiful and freshly remodeled—we loved the fireplace and modern decor. We didn’t use the grill or traeger but loved having these as options. Kitchen was fully stocked with pans and spices and everything you would need to cook a meal. The location of the property was fantastic —close to hiking and close to town conveniences like grocery stores and restaurants. It was also only 10 minutes from the little America hotel where we did the North Pole Experience with our kids. Communication with the host was timely and he even accommodated us with an early check in the day we arrived. The only thing we wished this property had was a hot tub! Located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood close to the conveniences of town, the home was spacious, updated, and very clean. The large kitchen and ample seating inside and on the back deck was perfect for cooking for and feeding our large crew. We could definitely hear the trains nearby, but that just adds to the ambiance of being in Flagstaff, a true railrod town! Matthew was quick to respond via text. Highly recommend! ##### Sarah W. I couldn't have been happier. Matthew was incredibly responsive and helpful the entire time, from the moment we booked, through our stay and even after we left. We were pleasantly surprised they set up a Christmas tree and a few decorations for us! This was a family gathering for our son's first Christmas and it was absolutely perfect. We even got lucky with quite a lot of fresh snow! The house was impeccably clean and just as described by the listing and photos. This house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and well appointed. We were a group of six adults, 5 siblings and one spouse. There was ample room for everyone. Each bedroom had plenty of room and comfortable beds. Bathrooms were equipped with full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The house has a beautiful, large, well equipped kitchen, dining and living area. Having the deck and fire pit was an added bonus. Matthew was extremely responsive to any questions that we had. If ever in the area, I would stay here without hesitation. Would highly recommend staying here. ##### Jan A.
