"I would like to comment on the young lady that checked me in. She was not very knowledgeable about the breakfast and also said there is a $20 early check in and also $50 for room damage that is refundable. I knew nothing about that. On the website Super 8 listed there amenities which was the pool. That was a must for me being the Memorial Day weekend. But the pool was having maintenance done. That should have been on the website not told to the customer when arriving at the hotel. Lastly, today Memorial Day I was told they have no more eggs, which I do not eat pork or beef . Therefore I just got coffee. Not a big waffle or cereal person. No iron was in my room I had to go to the desk and as the attendant for an iron. With all this I will not be staying at Super 8 hotel again."
