"Pleasant inn… clean, and simply appointed. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast for seniors.($15.00). Close to downtown Gloucester short car or taxi ride. Free parking right at the entrance to the room."

"The location was fantastic and easily walkable to everything in downtown Gloucester. I added on the parking and it gave me peace of mind to not have to worry about meters. It was a little bit of a walk to the lot. I was given vouchers for breakfast at a local restaurant, which was delightful. Though there is no manned desk, the concierge was attentive and helpful via text. The room itself was nice and I can attest to good soundproofing because there was construction next door that I barely heard. I would definitely stay again if I came back to the area."

"Check-in and check-out were easy & seamless. Staff is very friendly & helpful. The rooftop pool and bar are great…just wish it was a bigger area/more chairs because the hotel is quite large. Beach was okay…quite a bit of seaweed and quite rocky. The free paddleboards, beach chairs & towels were a nice addition at the beach. Overall it is a lovely hotel but the area/city around it isn’t the nicest."

"Our stay at the house was very enjoyable. The place was spacious and stocked with all of the necessities that a vacationing family could ask for, in addition to games, beach chairs, etc. The property was very clean and the views were incredible! There are neighbors on the second floor, but we never heard them at all. We did, however, meet them, and they were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend this rental for its close proximity to the beach as well as being right in the heart of downtown."

"We would have preferred to have some notes or written instructions as to our cleanup responsibilities. As it is, we tried our best to leave it as we found it. The location was great in that it was very close to the train into Boston. It was easy to find. A downside was no dedicated parking off street. But we would recommend it to our friends and would like to return again."

"We really like the house. We had plenty of room since there was only 5 of us. It was a nice short stay to an area of Massachusetts that we never visited The house has beach chairs and towels(this was not listed or I missed it). I would have left my 5 beaches at home if I had known. Loved the house and town of Gloucester. Thank you!"
