Excellent hotel in ideal location

Pros: Staff friendliness, location, room comfort
Cons: nothing spings to mind
this hotel is located far enough away from Fishermans Wharf to avoid the noise but close enough to access the attractions within minutes. Comfortable well presented room, friendly helpful staff and a really good sports bar downstairs. Would definitely recommend to others.

Lovely stay at Fisherman's Wharf

Pros: Friendly staff and the amenities - room had safe, fridge and coffee maker. Pool and hot tub were always clean and not too crowded.
Location: A superb location-lots of places to walk and we always felt safe. Transit in San Francisco is great and near the hotel - cable car, street car, buses.
We had a wonderful room overlooking the pool which was quiet and had lots of natural light. Super comfortable bed and lovely shower and bathroom. Housekeeping staff were attentive to all the details in the room and kept everything refreshed and clean. Front desk staff were efficient and knowledgeable. The hotel porters were wonderful - always a friendly greeting as you returned to the hotel and happy provide whatever service you needed.

Very nice hotel, close to the Wharf

Very nice hotel. Super close walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf. The concierge was extremely helpful with info & setting us up with Big Bus Tour. Nice pool area. Quiet . Good restaurant.

Great hotel near Fishermans wharf short walk to restaurants. Close to trams easy to get about. Near tourist attractions.

Hyatt Centric Fishermans Wharf San Francisco

The location of the hotel is great if being near Fishermans Wharf is what you want. The hotel is two blocks from the Piers. Across the street is a great place (Hollywood Grill) for breakfast. The rooms were clean and everything in it worked. The only problem we encountered was that the maid skipped our room one day, had to call the desk. The desk said that we had the sleeping sign on the door, we did not. The room was made up afterward. The staff checking in and out were great. Overall a very nice stay.

Hyatt Centric Hotel

Pros: Clean, only 5 floors, friendly staff, restaurant on location, close to mostly everything and close to transit, grocery stores....
Cons: Tap in bathrm was leaking a little so we just wrapped a towel around it.We had 2 small children so it wasn't worth moving.We let staff know when lv.
Location: Close to waterfront, transit, groceries, restaurants, etc, and easy to get to ballpark...
We had a good sleep! even our 2 small children slept well!

Disappointed stay

The Hotel and its staff did not meet our expectation. Maybe our expectations were higher as the Hotel carried the Hyatt name, but shouldn't one expect more, when one pays more for the brand name

Good location, close to fishermens wharf, close to the cable car to get down town. Rooms were clean and big. Only thing was it was a little noisy in the mornings.

The location of this hotel you couldn't beat. The upgrades are nice, but in the halls and rooms you can still tell it was an OLD hotel. We visited during the middle of a heatwave so having a pool was amazing. Snack bar and restaurant were fantastic and the staff was amazing and very helpful all around hotel. Downside was they just advertised as having new mattresses but they were still extremely uncomfortable. Rooms were a tad noisy. I think it was the water pipes in the old building but not sure.

Great hotel and close to cable car in FW.

Had a great stay. Had some problems with electronic key to room and after several failed attempts over a few days the problem was resolved. Staff were extremely helpful and provided complimentary breakfast as compensation for the issue. I was amazed at how quickly this was offered and several apologies. Staff were extremely friendly so the client appreciation program that is given to staff or customer training courses are working. Management staff always around too and very friendly setting an example. Great hotel.
