I wasn't happy with the fact that the top blanket/bedspread had make up or something on it. It looked like someone had slept in that spot and their face rubbed on it, it was pretty gross. But I did hear the hotels do not always change out the top sheet/bedspread which i think is gross.

Thank you for your feedback. We wish you had said something during your stay, so we could have taken care of the issue you experienced. We plan on removing the bedspreads and doing something different next year. We do hope to see you back again!

Our room was advertised as having 2 queen beeds. The beds were clearly full size, not queens. The hotel could use an updating, it's somewhat old and drab. The pool water was cloudy with a VERY high concentration of chlorine. The staff was quite friendly and helpful.

Hi Annette! Thank you for your feedback! We have remodeled all of our rooms over the past few years, and our next step is to update our bedding. We had to choose between bedding and towels this year and decided on towels. Our pool chemicals are tested daily and are exactly within state regulations. It can get a little "steamy" in there with warm weather, and lots of use. Thank you!

Friendly check-in and check-out, and close to Ephriam and Fish Creek. Liked: English Inn (Fish Creek), Chief's Hat (Ephriam), and Chop (Sister Bay), for dinners. Great place to stay
Though the facility is older, it is well maintained & clean. The staff is very friendly, helpful & informative. Breakfast isn't included which is typical in Door County, the other amenities are great, pool, hot tub, tennis & pickleball courts, game room. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay. Room well equipped. Nice refrigerator and tv. Room had a bit of a musty smell, though and there was a hole in one screen Which wasn't a problem for us.

Perfect location-beautiful area
We had a great stay. Very clean rooms. Very large rooms with two queen beds. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great location!! Brand new Pickleball courts. Beautiful area in general! Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again! The only suggestion I would have is that they would update their older, bedspreads and curtains to newer ones possibly. But you can’t beat that comfort and beauty for that wonderful price! Thanks!

We have put in new lights with electrical outlets and repaved our driveways. Looking ahead to the future, we have plans to update our bedspreads and our sun deck. The hotel/room was very quiet and in a convenient location. The bathroom was small, and the sink was in the sleeping area, which was a little weird, but I was traveling alone so it wasn't a problem for me. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. I especially liked that the property was near a wooded area, and had benches set out, which I used most days to read and meditate. The pool area and whirlpool were very nice, too.

The beds in the room had terrible mattresses, no support, collapsing sides and very clammy bed sheets. Bedspreads were old, heavy and very dated.The room overall was very dated with poor air conditioning.
