"A wonderfull and efficiënt check-in. We were allowed to have an early check-in as the room was cleaned allready. A small, 9-appartement chalet, great location in front of ski-bus. No ski-out but somewhat a ski-in. Lifts are 3 stops. The rooms are clean and cosy, though not that big. The building is somehow noisy as the upper floor neighbours could be heard walking. Breakfast 4\*. Valentina 5\*"

"Auch bei dem zweiten Aufenthalt waren wir wieder sehr begeistert von der Wohnung. Die Räume sind groß, modern und vorallem sauber - auch im Sommer war es angenehm kühl, man konnte auch alle Rolläden komplett dunkel verschließen. Das Einchecken (Abholung der Schlüssels am Haus) ist kinderleicht und alles andere ist seibsterklärend. Bei Fragen konnte man sich wie immer rund um die Uhr an den sehr freundlichen Agenturchef wenden und bekommt alles sofort geklärt.Parkplatz ist auch immer direkt vor...

Die Kinder haben ein separates Schlafzimmer, die Eltern müssen nur durch wenn sie in der Nacht mal auf WC müssen. Spielzeug für Kinder (Indoor) vorhanden. Bett und Handtuch für den Hund gab es auch. "Some of our ski equipment was missing after the staff unpacked our car. We spent hours of our morning searching the ski room, our car, the room trying to search for the missing items. The hotel staff was of NO assistance at all. In the end, we had to find a remedy for THEIR mistake and were offered NO compensation for all the problems and valuable time we lost on the slopes. It was an extremely disappointing experience, especially for a hotel of this price category."
