The staff was very courteous and professional. My check-in was after midnight due to my job, and though the attendant was busy elsewhere in the building, he came right away to assist me. The next morning I overslept, and the staff was very gracious and forgiving, even returning my deposit in full after my transgression. This is a very quiet accomodations in a small town not too far from Greater Binghamton, with very reasonable rates. If the need arises, I would not hesitate to stay there again. And I would highly recommend Colonial Brick Inn to anyone traveling through or on an extended stay in the area! "
